The channel manager works well as does the website booking system. The database and automatic payments system work very well. The reporting is user friendly and easy to interrogate. For instance on our website when booking a reservation it states "open air parking" and that is not a term anyone would say here in the US. > > Overall, we have been happy with the switch from our previous VRMS.
