They are patient and timely. The membership management and event management (including all connections to the finance application) work well. They give you great visibility and look very professional. Users can easily access their event registrations and membership invoices, and it is easy to communicate via the email templates. Although a little basic, they really do cover everything you should need. The easy-to-market event templates have saved us so much time. The campaign function is excellent. On going support from Glue Up is great - we love the access to training sessions and the contact us are for queries. Our Customer Success Manager is very responsive which has been extremely helpful.
