Overall my experience with Glue up is positive.
Pros:
Easy to use and holds a lot of information that can be adapted to make it relevant to your company needs
Cons:
At the moment, certain features are manual (merge duplicates), which can be time consuming with updates.
A lot of these come from exciting companies that are already in Glue-up not automatically 'popping up' when a contact starts typing their company name

Pros:
The community feature has transformed how members interact and share knowledge with one another and has added huge value to the membership.
The renewal system and reoccurring payments have increased our membership retention levels as it allow members to manage the renewal process with ease.
The finance function is great.
The campaign function is excellent.
On going support from Glue Up is great - we love the access to training sessions and the contact us are for queries.
Our Customer Success Manager is very responsive which has been extremely helpful.
Overall, we are very happy with the product for an affordable off the shelf membership management system.
Cons:
The initial set up process was not seamless as members had to activate their Glue Up account in order to access the system. This generated a lot of queries which went on for a substantial length of time.
Our client's needs were not understood entirely at the initial set up stage.

[sensitive content hidden] is our main contact for Glue Up - he has been so supportive and patient during our onboarding and management of the new system. As we get used to using Glue Up, [sensitive content hidden] always offers support and information on new developments and options for us.
Pros:
Glue Up has moved us from many different systems to one CRM which allows us to manage our contacts, members, financials and events in a more professional and structured way.
Cons:
The community pages would work so well if the members sign up to use Glue Up - I still need to see how best to entice members to sign up and manage their own membership pages and contacts to allow for networking and information sharing.

While we’ve suggested a few improvements, overall Glue Up has been effective in managing both events and memberships, and we find the platform to be user-friendly and well-aligned with our operational needs.
Pros:
The interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Ease of completing actions such as events set up, member details changes, campaign creation etc are great.
Cons:
We have suggested a few improvements to our contact at Glue Up, there are a few limitations within certain modules - e.g. transitioning members in bulk to another member type, allocating partial payments to invoices, being able to process a partial refund without voiding the entire payment record, being able to export relevant information for event reporting

Pros:
It is simple to use and the help available is both comprehensive and very easy to access making it even more useful.
Cons:
Off the shelf it is missing a few fields we would find really helpful. It is not exactly covering what we are using it for which limits how effective it can be for us.
