It should do everything we need it to do and linking in to our finance system will help significantly once we fully understand how to use it. > > **Cons**: The onboarding is challenging and understanding how to use it. You are given a 1 hour training session then left to work it out with the tools available on line. We are a small manufacturing business that makes 5 products. After months of trying to work things out for ourselves we engaged with one of their onboarding consultants Smart Manufacturing. We gave them a detailed brief of what we wanted. However, it was clear that after a couple of sessions they did not really understand how the system worked. They cancelled our project half way through saying we needed a three month onboarding consultation. For such a small business this is ridicules'. We have just had to work through it ourselves which we are doing. > > You buy the system online then are left to work it out for ourselves. For the size of our business it should do everything we need it to.
