Comments: We are an Intl Consulting firm and have 1000s of Membership applications processed every month, With approval teams scattered from North America to Europe, our processing times were too lengthy, Doccept streamlined our internal processes with centralized Solution and life surely seems great.
We are also using Alerts for document renewals etc.

Pros: Doccept was a choice we finalized after we reviewed 4-5 fancy Solutions, What we liked initially and still continue doing so is - Its simple design and extremely easy to use functionalities.
We could implement the Solution across 5 of our branches in approximately 3 weeks and we are pretty much Paperless (except some mandatory stuff) right now.
Appreciate their Dubai based Implementation team for patience and neatly laid out approach.

Cons: Couldn't find any as of now.
Good to have features were shared to them, and seems they are coming up too!

Comments: We have digitized the whole document intensive processes across our 4 branches in Europe and Asia. We have been saving a lot of time and money in day to day office activities

Comments: Doccept is an intelligently designed application. It addressed all our document archiving concerns and gave us peace of mind at a reasonable cost. The solution stands apart from other well known DMSs available in the market in terms of ease of use,features and value for money. Support team is hardworking, proactive and provides excellent support.

Comments: Its very good application and it helps us very much for our organization, it has all the features, but in terms of user-friendly, it has to add/modify the existing feature. Really i have to appreciate customer support

Pros: Everything fine

Cons: In order to view the document from the list, i have to do 2 or 3 steps, we can reduce this by clicking on the icon and the filename in the list
