Comments: Its really a good application which records visitors details.

Pros:

We have used this application with modifications as per our requirement. It has lot of features which we can use for various purposes and the best part is that its user friendly which makes it easy to use.

Cons:

Nothing more, as it has customize option so we utilized it as per our requirements

Comments: Its a good software and very useful to track with the visitors.

Pros:

Yes, easy to use. An employee will enjoy his work at VAMS system. The visitors in and out is tracked very easily.

Cons:

Monthly visit must be kept. Some time it shows service unavailable.

Stunning, all-round performance

Comments: The VAMS visitor management system targeted our customized requirements with a performance that exceeded our expectations. We are a digital marketing firm based in Mumbai, India. At RiseIT, we expect a responsible standard of security, time-efficiency, and comfort for our employees, given that our office is open 24 hours. We also expect a level of health consciousness, given that our office is designed as an open floor plan, with a lot of interaction between the employees for the creative work and a high risk of contact and transmission. With the VAMS system, we could customize features to these parameters. Through the VAMS interface, employees could update the parking spaces online so that incoming employees knew if the parking spaces were taken or not. Through a health screening questionnaire, employees and other visitors would have to answer questions on symptoms before they entered to prevent careless transmission. Deliverymen and technicians doing repairs in the office (for over a week) would have the means to create a special ‘Contractor ID’ that they could show to the building security. Every log-in and log-out of the system requires a special QR code and/or biometric ID, thus reducing the number of unauthorized visits.

Very Comprehensive Solution which covers the end to end life cycle of a Visitor to any premises

Comments: Overall Control of Visitor information across the a multi Location premises. Helps overcome Spelling mistakes and typos.

Pros:

VAMS feature of multi-factor authentication is very impressive. The option to click ON or click OFF features for each type of premises is unique. The detailed heirarchy of users helps bring in an Effective Workflow along with responsibilty at each level Ease of creating an appointment by Host Employees on both Desk top or Phone is very good The support team's responsiveness was very good and fast. Being able to read Smart Card ID;s of most Nationalities is very Unique Features like Black listing of unwanted persons is well designed to help indicate to the reception about this person unobtrusively Comprehensive reports helps managers understand and analyse the visitor data to throw up possible abnormalities, thus helping ISO 270001 and PCI Compliance.

Cons:

The traditional GUI, but Iam told the new GUI is being released in Fall this year. The present version works on IE only. Chrome Mozilla and Firefox compatibility is underway
