Its relatively easy to use once you spend a little time on it and navigate your way around. The support from the team at Punchpass is a breath of fresh air compared to some levels of support form other online booking systems. You can actually speak to a human and there response time in my experience is swift and to the point. This is my 4th online booking system that I have used for my yoga studio and think I may have finally found a system that tailors to my needs and how I run my space.
