> **Pros**: Control of everything from cust contact info , e filing of warrenty claims, wrap sheet on all appliances I work on as well as darta base for all the customers appliances, very handy when a cust call.

> **Pros**: They are always adding new features and are very open to customer suggestions. Their product is a great choice for a company with a remote workforce that wants to establish a more personal connection/atmosphere with and among their employees. Comes with standard voice/video and text chat, plus handy features to know when someone is active, idle, or unavailable, etc. Each person can customize their workspace, so it feels a little more personal.
