> Overall a very good platform with excellent support alongside. &#10;&#10;The customer service we receive is second to none and in particular Anthony is always at hand when needed and willing to help with whatever is thrown his way. The platform works well with the majority of problems being self-inflicted. &#10;&#10;The product isn't the easiest to use and someone new to it would struggle to understand how all the features work. There is also a lack of depth in reporting and really does require some sort of dashboard for a snapshot of email/SMS performance; this however has already been discussed and as far as I'm aware, is in the pipeline. &#10;&#10;My overall impression of the product is that it's a work in progress but with great potential. A very high standard of customer service and open to ideas from their clients.

> This is a excellent product that has made our lead generation proposition increasingly effective to the market.  Its simplicity is key and makes it very user friendly for both us and our suppliers / clients.  I have worked with numerous systems in the space and this is by far the best, I would even go as far as saying I would actually favour data suppliers that were using this system. Support and integration is excellent and my personal opinion is I don't know how we ever  did without it.
