> **Pros**: It helps for not just an employees manager to give them a review and performance feedback but also for fellow employees/counterparts to be able to give their feedback and input as well. Gives an employee a wide range/variety of how they are doing from all 'eyes'.

> **Cons**: This can create a negative vibe in the office due to employees not getting along and some employees feeling scrutinized.
> 
> Overall I like the concept of Appraisal360 and the idea behind it. I recommend giving it a try and seeing how it works for your company.

> **Pros**: So easy to use. I train at my job and have to evaluate the trainee and the ease of use of this product makes it easy for me as a trainer.  Even the Trainee loves it as he or she gets to review and it just makes things so simple. Best product I have used thus far for my evaluations
