Brevo’s digital marketing suite offers not just tools for emails, but also SMS, WhatsApp, chat, sales pipelines, and automation, which are bonus to me.

It integrates fine with WP Mail SMTP, Fluent SMTP and Post SMTP on my Wordpress sites. I LOVE that they have the carbon footprinting calculator, as I work in digital sustainability. Very very cool.

Whenever I’ve run into a wall especially with the PushOwl integration their team has been all over it. They are incredibly fast, they actually get the technical side of the issue without me having to explain it three times, and they follow up afterward just to make sure everything is still running smoothly. It’s also just a really pretty, easy-to-use platform. Most "all-in-one" tools feel like a cluttered mess, but Brevo keeps things clean and simple.

> **Cons**: The only thing that really bugs me is the clunky workflow when duplicating campaigns. If I want to take a successful email and quickly resend it to the people who didn't open it (or those who clicked but didn't buy), I feel like I have to jump through too many hoops.

The dashboard is intuitive, campaign creation is straightforward, and importing and managing contact lists is much easier than many alternatives I've used. The reporting tools are clear and make it easy to understand how campaigns are performing.&#10;&#10;I was also impressed with the support team. They were professional, polite, informative and took the time to review my situation in detail rather than simply providing generic responses.

> **Cons**: The only challenge I experienced was that the platform is understandably very strict on deliverability and compliance from the outset. While I appreciate the need to protect sender reputation, it can make it difficult for businesses inheriting older customer databases to gradually assess and improve list quality. In my case, the compliance team worked with me constructively and helped identify the underlying issues, which I appreciated.
