The software can be easily adjusted as our needs change. It can be mapped to the Commonwealth Government DEX reporting database to enable us to easily upload our activities and outcomes straight from our notes\! It has saved us much time due to this. I also like to option for new developments - updates that are based on customer feedback and the option to pay for software development specific to our needs. > > **Cons**: It is HUGE learning curve and can be challenging to understand and learn how to program/customise. The system does rely on some intrinsic IT knowledge which is not knowledge commonly held by employees in human services type sectors such as ours. Luckily there is great support to assist the user.
