The companies you activate:
A group account can include either a single company or the entire corporate group. You pay based on how many you actually activate: if you add one during the year, you pay only for the portion of the year needed to align its renewal date with that of the others.

The frameworks you activate:
NIS 2, GDPR, ISO 27001: activate the ones you’re actually managing and add others as your scope expands. You don’t pay for regulatory frameworks you don’t use.

There’s no limit on users.
The number of people using Vigilio doesn’t affect the subscription fee. You can include all the measure coordinators, process managers, and internal auditors you need. This is a deliberate choice: a GRC system that cuts corners on user access produces incomplete data, and incomplete data won’t hold up during an audit.
