- **Pricing Details**: Bookkeeping that grows with your business, priced per company in USD. Free is $0 forever. Standard is $29 per month or $290 per year. Pro is $59 per month or $590 per year. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the full year; the same features are available with monthly or annual billing. Each company chooses its own plan and is billed separately.

Free includes one user, CSV bank import, bank reconciliation, financial statements and 20 of each sales and purchase record type per month. Standard includes up to three users, automatic bank feeds, unlimited sales and purchase records, sales-tax tracking, inventory, cost of goods sold, purchase orders and AI assistant connections via MCP. Pro includes up to ten users and adds roles and permissions, multiple stores and warehouses within one company, stock transfers and priority support. Every plan includes two free external accountant logins outside the user limit; this is access for your own accountant, not a bookkeeping service.

Each account receives one Pro trial, starting when its first company is created. Registering an account alone does not start the trial. The trial ends on the later of December 31, 2026 or 30 days after that first company is created. Additional companies created during the trial share its end date and do not restart or extend it. No credit card is required and nothing is charged automatically. At trial end, each company moves to Free unless you choose a paid plan for that company. Companies created after the trial ends start on Free.

File import and accountant access are included on every plan. Stripe or Forte may charge processing fees for online invoice payments, including during the trial. Bokeping does not run payroll or file taxes.
