I went back to the office after a very long day and we have already received all the Form Submissions for Today prior to me sitting down at my desk. The Conditional Logic also helps reduce the amount of confusion the guys have in the field by only showing them what is applicable to each Job which reduces the likelihood of them not reading the Instructions Carefully. > > **Cons**: It does take a while to build out more complicated forms, the Logic setup for the forms isn’t hard to understand – but it’s not something you learn overnight. The Mobile App works well but it is definitely less polished than the Desktop version and since it is being used every day in poor conditions by our Field Team this is a problem. Also (I know this is minor) the Form Submission Notifications can be delayed in arriving and since we need to wait until the Inspection is Complete to Move the Job Forward this delay is somewhat annoying. > > We had Paper Forms EVERYWHERE We would receive Inspection Sheets Back Incomplete or Illegible, and the worst part was Techs would lose the paperwork between the Job Site and the Office, IT WAS A DISASTER.
