Since we had strict regulatory requirements we needed to make sure we found a LIMS that has ISO 15189 certifications as well as HIPAA. CloudLIMS is what my team and I decided on after speaking with the team and them showing us a live demo of the product. What I really liked is the fact that pre-sales they were able to demostrate their product with our bespoke data and workflow requirements to show us how they can meet our operational needs. After this and the very friendly sales team, we decided to go forward with CloudLIMS. They were very patient with us especially since we had quite a lot of requirements.
