From the start, their sales team misrepresented the product, using high-pressure tactics and making false promises about the software’s capabilities. After signing, it became immediately clear that the software didn’t deliver on any of the essential features we were promised, especially the webhook functionality they touted as a core selling point. Within weeks—way before our first billable month—we canceled, realizing that this product simply didn’t work for us. Despite canceling and explaining the lack of functionality, MarketSharp is now attempting to collect fees, even threatening legal action for a product we didn’t even use for two full weeks\! On top of that, our team invested substantial time and resources, totaling over $50,000, trying to make their flawed system work—time and money completely wasted due to their deceptive practices. It’s disheartening to see a company like MarketSharp prioritize short-term profits over customer satisfaction and honesty. No company should expect payment after failing to deliver on their promises and pressuring clients to sign up in the first place.
