> **Pros**: It is a reasonable software, i'm talking about the price. It is easy to use, you as administrator  can see the status of the clients like if they are still active, easy to manage the listing of the client.

> **Cons**: This software is one of the best, so i'd never had any inconvenience with it. The only problem oi the costumer support is kind of slow, i just had expected a quick answer.

> **Pros**: I really like the free version of this and the fact that is it is really easy to use. Anybody can get started easily with no direction because it is user friendly and does allow 250 free contacts.

> **Pros**: I LOVE that they will upload your data / contacts in to the system for you.  I have not seen any other platforms that do this.

> **Cons**: The system is not very customizable.  You've got to search by the predefined categories.  We have found work arounds, but other systems make this much easier.  Also, the systems lacks any in depth analytics.  If you send out an email, you don't know who opened it, how long they spent on it, how or if they respnded, etc.  Overyall, there are other systems that offer more for the same price.
