The items that are most helpful about this is that it allows both the employer and the employee easier means of searching for a finding employees and employers. Giving information on those that are closest to you as well as easy searches for employees and employers that are for a specific area of business. > > **Cons**: What I don't like about this software, is that it's not user friendly when it comes to unemployed members to doing their weekly claim for benefits. If you are lucky enough to get a response from them when you submit a ticket, the answer is generally useless. The system we have has never worked properly in the 4 years we have been using ATR. Though we have submitted ticket after ticket, none of the issues have been resolved. About a month ago, we decided enough is enough and purchased a new system. We contacted the support staff, who was very apologetic, and said that if he had known of the problems we were having perhaps he could have had the issues corrected. In response to that, I sent him an email with several previous email help tickets attached, all of which he was copied on.
