> **Pros**: We liked the functionality and customization of the software. You can configure the time interval to do screenshots and track the use of equipment. Everything is online, and you do not need the equipment to check the statistics. Moreover, it is convenient to turn it off/delete it from the personal account on the site.

> **Cons**: There is no such thing. Although setting up the software. In order to install the software, we needed to download the script (for Ubuntu) on the flash card and then write the command for installation. 

It would be better to have a single command to download and install the software. After installing, ask to sign into the account and enter the computer’s name. This way, users can install the software quicker and do not need to take the flash card with them :)

The service is ideal for us because it shows what programs were used, indicating “Productive” or “Unproductive” as well as screenshots. This way, we figured out how employees tried to violate contract rights or rested during working hours. The software has become an essential part of working with us.

> **Cons**: Sometimes, there are glitches e.g hours are not being recorded or delayed syncing of data. It would be great if it has payroll integrations that's customizable. I hope there's also a way for the system to detect if a user is using third-party autoclickers.
