Brilliant Software

Comments: The experience of working with OpenCRM has been exceptional for us as a developing recruitment business. It is simple to use for beginners and the Customer Portal where we upload documents is great.

Pros:

The OpenCRM team were friendly and adaptable to make this software exactly how we required it for our business needs. It's functionality and user friendly interface mean we can carry out our tasks and invoicing with minimal fuss.

Cons:

It would be useful if Customer Portal Documents could appear alphabetically.

Great product with fundamental CRM functionality.

Comments: Excellent software and ease of use, detailed in depth reporting available and management of tickets, sales orders as well as online resource for customer e-signing of orders and logging of tickets via our portal.

Pros:

Easy of use but primarily the ability to modify the fields, reports and overall functionality to meet our specific needs

Cons:

Colour scheme, it would be great if this could be modified to our own corporate colours

Comments: Good experience overall, definitely can improve a bit on user interface hence why a score of 6 in terms of referring. would be an 8 with a more solid user friendly interface.

Pros:

It is very customizable and that helps set it up based on user needs

Cons:

its is not great to navigate back on pages, and when creating accounts and trying to attach an account where you have multiple acccounts, when pressing back button you get an error and have to start again.

Great start to use of OpenCRM as our new solution

Comments: Excellent overall experience with OpenCRM.

Pros:

The team are great at supporting your transition journey, and the web chat help is incredibly useful. What sold it for us during our decision making process was the clean views, customisability of fields/sections, and the simplicity of the system.

Cons:

If we had to choose anything, it would be that we have noted a few bugs in the software but that is very minor, and the support team have always picked up and logged any incidents incredibly swiftly.

Comments: Very positive, quick to respond to issues and solutions to ensure the platform works as we need it to.

Pros:

The live chat allows for quick support to be provided to make changes.

Cons:

We are unable to run reports as we would like to without a large amount of cost or work - we have explored this with the openCRM team a number of times already.
