Tony, Jeremy, Kat, Tim, and everyone else really does their best to make things work. They are extremely professional and unflagging in staying positive, even when things aren't working right. > > **Cons**: There are a handful of things that either don't work right or get launched without rigorous testing (in my opinion). I appreciate that I'm both a squeaky wheel and probably a more advanced user than others, but disagree with building something "well enough" for most people and with they'd improve certain features.
