> **Pros**: With the fast paced world of operations, the ability to leave instant praise for someone is amazing. It's easy to use, very straight forward but what matters most it recognises my team (and my extended team). &#10;I also apprecate the monthly reports that I get as a manager that tells me if my team are utilisig the platform. This means I can encourage them to utilise it, it makes someone's day to hear that they are recognised and this allows you to do that. &#10;From Birthday shout outs, to praising an excellent job done, it often puts a smile on someone's face. &#10;I also really enjoy the GIFs\!

> **Cons**: I never know what to do with my points, whether it's better to get vouchers or get the product. &#10;I also think it would be good to have something to recognise those people who use their points month on month - maybe bonus points available if you use all your points over a six month period - rewarding those users. &#10;Finally, don't think it's an Achievers issue - but paying tax on rewards is a real pain.. that could be a local law thing rather than an issue with Achievers though. &#10;Also the feeds can be a little clunky, sometimes I see just mine, sometimes I see my org, sometimes I see my team. Wish there was clearer tabs to select which feed I would see. &#10;Finally sometimes I want to recognise loads of people with points, but can't split my points into less than 250 pockets. Appreciate you want to make your gift significant, but even 50 points may show enough to make someone smile.

I have never needed to ask how to use it, that just means it's effective for what I need and very self explanatory. &#10;I love getting the feedback, giving the feedback and have not not used all my points for a single month for over a year. Got to give them out and it drives me to ensure I recognise people which is important in this day and age.
