> Have been using the software for the past 7 years. The service provider is always available to assist whenever there are issues. The software is value for money, has been adapted to suit our requirements and enables the organisation to keep all records that are required as evidence of compliance to regulations and standards.
Staff are all familiar with the system, and it was easily entrenched within the organisation.
Cons- Management of user-licences. If this is done correctly from the beginning, there will be no problems.

Makes External Audits a pleasure.

Could be more windows based, but i believe the update will include these. 
Would be nice to be able to do more sorting functions
