> **Pros**: It’s easy to use, the updated colors are way better on the eyes. Freight bill corrections are automated so you don’t have to do them manually. Integration to accounting software is ok, can pull csv files to upload. Lots of options to add whatever your business needs in terms of menu options. EDI compliant and works well with big 3 e-billing systems.

> **Cons**: New merger has brought with it the worst customer service I’ve seen in the 7 years I’ve been using it. Something that took an hour to get fixed now takes days. Half the time they don’t even know what you’re talking about. Can’t add a driver to a load for settlements after the load is live for billing. Can’t unpost a mastered batch myself, must have them do it. Can’t set driver pay rating by load type/lane only by individual truck.

> I’ve been using their Sylectus product for 7 years from 2015 to present. I process billing and driver settlements for a company near Detroit. We have about 150 owner operators. I’ve been working in transportation billing and driver payroll for 13 years and have used a myriad of programs in my time. Sylectus is probably one of my favorites. SAP was my absolutely number one however.
