> **Cons**: Issues with Bullhorn integration and parsing CVs more often than we'd like but it's always resolved in the end. The job advertising form misses a lot of fields from the various job boards - understand this is to streamline the advertising process but we've been advised that missing out some of these fields can have a negative impact on the number of applications we receive. (e.g. screening questions on Indeed, Remote Job tickbox on Reed)

Her friendly, down-to-earth and not super sales-y demeanour was definitely a factor in us choosing LogicMelon over other providers. The price is also very good, no hidden costs. And the team are so friendly and helpful when it comes to answering queries, handling issues, etc. We always get a response very quickly to any emails we send.

The flexibility even extended to deciding who gets access to CV searches on external job boards, aligning perfectly with our external contracts.

One standout feature we love is the Talent Pool. It lets our consultants dive into our own applicant database, making matching candidates to vacancies a breeze.
