> **Pros**: Can easily be used with large teams who reside anywhere in the world as it lets everyone connect securely and effectively. Can be worked on a project or even a document all together at the same time with team and managers.

> **Cons**: Integration with MS Products is possible but not very easy. Needs hyperlink to be inserted into spreadsheets, could be the only option.
> 
> During the time when we managed a project together with the manager, it enabled us a flexible working environment.
