> **Cons**: Emails sent with graphics sometimes go to spam, wish there were better capabilities to craft creative emails within the program. Also wish we could use makeup tokens across different programs like camp and not just classes.

> iClassPro has continued to elevate their product with improved features direct from their client's feedback. We have recently added the website and had a wonderful and stress free experience building it with their developers who gave us several different options and talked us through each and every detail.

> **Pros**: I think IClassPro is the best software for managing a Swim School, its consistently updating with useful features, such as autopilot. This saves us administrative time, and makes life very easy.

> **Cons**: I still think that its missing some key integrations features such as with banking's software's, Zapier and other things that many other software have had for years.

> Overall the software is great, it manages the students charges and families with ease. It never gives me any trouble, there are no significant bugs, and small ones get fixed once the team is notified.

The platform continues to improve, and their support team has always been responsive and easy to work with.
