The app is clear as well and easy to upload any receipts/invoices. It's more sophisticated than Hubdoc and better than Xero expenses as you can clearly allocate costs to people in and expense claim, without them staying in one big list. The AI and rule setup for suppliers is very clever too > > **Cons**: The only thing is its duplication spotting. Most of the time it's great. But if I automatically receive an invoice via email and upload it and then a staff member also uploads it as they have paid for it it doesn't make it clear who submitted the other one. So I've found a couple times that I have it down as a company expense but having to double check that it's been paid for by someone else.
