> **Pros**: Putting I-9 compliance first is the highest priority. I've seen other systems that promise ease of use, that are lacking in compliance (and sometimes) basic functions
required for the total I-9 process. Lookout's I-9 system is easy with compliance at the forefront.

> **Cons**: There are only a few programming things that I feel could be changed to make the system a bit more intuitive. However, overall it's my most recommended I-9 system currently on the market.

> I have a more specific need, being an I-9 auditor, over an end user. But, I support end users daily. And there are no issues that I don't see with other systems out there. However, I stand by Lookout over all other systems I've seen and use, (for many reasons) but compliance more than anything.
