## Overview

### Who Uses Underlayer?

SaaS and software companies with 10 to 5,000 employees that train customers, partners or users inside their own product, led by product, customer education and developer teams.

## About the vendor

- **Company**: Outworx
- **Location**: Dubai, Turkmenistan
- **Founded**: 2025

## Commercial Context

- **Starting Price**: US$0.00
- **Pricing model**: Flat Rate (Free version available)
- **Pricing Details**: Underlayer is priced by course views, not seats: a view is a learner opening a course and reaching its first screen, and the same identified learner returning to the same course within 30 days counts once. You never pay for users who don't open a course. Paid plans are month-to-month or yearly (two months free), cancel any time. Views beyond a plan's allowance cost $9 per 1,000 on Build, $6 on Scale and $3.50 on Enterprise; the free sandbox stops at its limit instead.
- **Target Audience**: 11–50, 51–200, 201–500, 501–1,000, 1,001–5,000, 5,001–10,000, 10,000+
- **Deployment & Platforms**: Cloud, SaaS, Web-based
- **Supported Languages**: Arabic, English
- **Available Countries**: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, American Samoa, Andorra, Angola, Anguilla, Antarctica, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus and 228 more
