Will tell me he's working on reporting and will get back to me within the hour and days later, still not a word out of him. I asked for a new representative and was told they're not adequately staffed to provide me with someone else. The staffing company isn't adequately staffed. They've started using an AI bot for customer support and it slows everything down to a snails pace. And the number of applicants we are seeing is suddenly so minimal. > > I was so hopeful when we started out with Hireology. But now they are trying to replace people with bots and even the people that are still there are terrible. Also, the ability to target specific zip codes is great.
