Good features for the price, it does what we need it to
Pros:
The forms are a nice feature as it's helped us to keep everything in one place. The approvals work nicely, especially for recruitment considering it's not an ATS.
Cons:
Not everything is logical and it's easy to get stuck sometimes when setting up new processes. The integration was not as smooth as we had hoped, but this was rectified once we raised a concern.
Alternatives Considered: Breezy, Enboarder, Moorepay (Formerly Natural HR) and Talos ATS
Reasons for Choosing Cezanne HR: PeopleHR was not giving us the functionality we needed as we grew
Switched From: Access PeopleHR
Reasons for Switching to Cezanne HR: Cezanne was the right price and was transparent with the pricing. It had an integrated ATS and HRS and it integrates with Team Tailor.

Excellent HR System
Comments: Excellent, easy to use and excellent customer service from the support team.
Pros:
Cezanne is easy to use, it makes my life easier every day.
Cons:
Nothing really, sometimes it take a while to remember all of the Administrator functions but once the system is set up it is fairly maintenance free,
Alternatives Considered: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Conservice ESG and Workday HCM
Reasons for Switching to Cezanne HR: Easy to use, it fit our needs perfectly, great people and good support.
Cezanne not very intuitive
Comments: Nearly a year and still trying to get to grips with it
Pros:
For the end user it's very simple and display looks good.
Cons:
To set up various processes, security functions etc it seems quite long winded and clunky
Great easy to use system with lots of functionality!
Comments: A great HR system and really good support provided in terms of set up and help when you need it.
Pros:
Easy user friendly system from an administrator and employee perspective, lots of customisation options so that you can make it the right fit for the company.
Cons:
The mobile app is currently quite limited, it covers the basics though and I am sure will be built on.

Cezanne implementation review
Comments: Implementation went smoothly, and once the issues had been ironed out it was quite aa smooth changeover
Pros:
The ability to personalise it to specific users
Cons:
The date driven reporting process can be laborious and difficult to generate payroll from.
Great System
Comments: Very good. Experts always reply in a timely fashion.
Pros:
Great for running basic reports. Easy to navigate.
Cons:
The onboarding section could have more options to it, feedback has been that it isn't very clear to navigate. It would be good to have signatures embedded into contract documents
User friendly with good reporting
Comments: Very positive - easy as a general user to book leave and good from the HR side for things such as reports

somehow the report function is too heavy, lack of simplified instant reports too complicated menus and too much details not organized well for a simple view

User friendly and intuitive
Comments: Overall we are very satisfied with cezanne, we’ve been using it for more than 6 years. It is very user friendly for both admins and users.

Comments: Overall I think it's a fantastic system and as I mentioned the customer service is excellent, if I ever have an issue or don't understand something and raise a ticket the response is extremely quick.

Very easy to use. The customer service is excellent. How it can be customised.

Sometimes I find the reports tricky to use.
Great human resources platform
Comments: Engaging and helpful support team really help.
Pros:
Powerful and flexible tool for managing human resources. Useful API tool to integrate with in-house software.
Cons:
The modular system of features can take a while to understand where the limits of your selected options begin and end. API doesn't have all the features we would like.
Enjoying Cezanne
Comments: Positive. Learning to use it has been fun.
Pros:
Extremely user friendly, once you learn the ropes. Especially like that they offer all things HR in one place.
Cons:
Getting to a place where you're confident to use it can take some time/training. Once you learn the processes it becomes very easy.

Lack of synchronisation / payroll function for Asia
It does the job
Comments: It's quite user friendly and easy to see calendars for yourself and your team members

It's easy to use to book leave and overtime. The oerview calendar is useful

It's quite hard to locate saved documents, and you have to press a few tabs to get to the page you want
Cezanne HR - Administrator Review
Comments: A good database. Keen to use for talent management and workforce planning if the functionality allows. Also for it to interface with other systems at our organisation, such as accounts and projects so that the full lifecycle of a project can be monitored and managed.
Pros:
Easy to use, set up new processes and make adjustments. All staff are comfortable using the system as self-service or administrators.Great account management and training.
Cons:
Reporting functionality is good though being able to report between two date options (to enable a start date and an end date) rather than one date would be much better, particularly for audit purposes that use fiscal rather than calendar year.Having to delete and redo a process flow to change the process administrator (when an administrator leaves the organisation) is not effective.
Implementation review
Comments: It has been a pleasure working with the team and the new system is a massive improvement on our old one. The smooth implementation was fantastic and the learning resources are fab.

The implementation was very smooth and [sensitive content hidden] was fantastic during the process
Cons:
Long learning sessions, it was a lot to take in during the sessions but they were great, just a little long!

The interface is clean and easy to follow.

Comments: Great
Pros:
As someone who helps implement, train employee to use and who is an admin user, I find Cezanne to be very intuitive and user friendly. I enjoy sharing Cezanne with new clients as I know that it will help to make everyone's lives easier!
Cons:
Reporting - sometimes it is difficult to get all of the information you need on one report as the data sits in different tables within the system
Flexible Functions
Comments: Cezanne have been a dream to work with. Support is great and we've had a great level of up time. We have no complaints.
Pros:
We outgrew our old HR platform and we realised that most (even some of the industry leaders) only work to one very fixed hours patten. Cezanne HR has helped us to accommodate many working pattens. Their API has allowed us to easily pull this data into our BI platforms. Staff can use the app to book absence at home. We have even deployed custom absence plans which allows for gift holiday etc.
Cons:
The UX is not the most intuative out there and the design could do with a little refresh. However, neither are show stoppers. The functionality gains and value for money are far more important.
Would Recommend!
Comments: The customer service is brilliant, very helpful with queries and the platform overall is good and easy to use.
Pros:
Easy use of absence management tracking, employee records and talent related processes (mid-year, annual reviews, IDP's etc.)
Cons:
Reporting can feel clunky at times and doesn't give the information in the easiest ways.
Pleased to be using Cezanne HR
Pros:
Great piece of software that is user friendly and has lots of functionality
Cons:
As an administrator of the system, and 3rd party provider, I am keen to be able to own the majority of the new client implementation process so that I have greater control of managing timescales. I understand that this is something that will be an option in the near future.
My experience using Cezanne
Comments: Cezanne allows a variety of report running/data inputting. It provides us with what we require.
Pros:
Once you understand how to use Cezanne it is easy and very useful to input and export data.
Cons:
I feel would be better if there was a phone line we could call rather than all email tickets - as sometimes we need things resolving asap and can take 24 hours for ticket to be raised/resolved. Email ticket responses are helpful but would be quicker and easier to have a phone call.

Generally it is easy to use, quick and there is a great system ticketing support system in place, that always provides quick responses
Cons:
Organisation moves within the business can be a bit tricky
