> **Pros**: I like how GroomBoard accommodates to your needs. They respond quick to emails and to any questions you have. the appointment system is very easy to manage and very detailed which helps alot when booking, making accounts and checking in clients. i love that they also provide you with your own booking page which is really easy to use as well. They also keep track of your reports such as money, clients booked, appointments completed, etc it is very helpful\! Its also really nice that they send out confirmation texts and reminders. you can also set up client intake forms and policies for them to sign before appointments. The monthly pricing for everything it comes with is so affordable and worth the money\!

> **Cons**: honestly so far as of now no cons\! only thing was we were having a hard time trying to delete client profiles but we reached out and they were super quick to fix the issue and add it for us to be able to have that option.
