They provide screenshots to assist. I use it often for PO and invoice generation, and SAP Ariba allows you to view the progress of submitted invoices and track when payments are expected. Matching POs with invoices speeds up the payment process and prevents any invoices getting rejected. Our external auditors find the system useful for providing a time-stamped audit trail. You have the option for a buyer or supplier login. The dashboard clearly shows how invoices are moving along and if any require attention. > > **Cons**: SAP Ariba can be a little fiddly to use at first, especially if it requires multiple teams input. Ultimately, it’s a necessary platform if you operate at scale and need an iron-clad system of record, but you have to accept that you're trading user experience for pure horsepower.
