The product is extremely user-friendly, fun and intuitive. The customer service department is always helpful, patient, and quick to answer. I used Yapi at a previous office and brought it over here and everyone loves it\! It is one of our most valued software programs. Yapi keeps our day on track with its scheduling and communication features. Dentrix spent tons of time. We turned the damn thing off and switched to Dental Intel and now we can work again. I asked for a partial refund bc of their software change... I had paid in advance. I cancelled my subscription by emailing the billing department and I also spoke to my client manager about canceling. They continued billing my credit card. After I called to complain I was told I should have signed a termination letter which my client manager never mentioned when I spoke to her. The lack of effective communication and incorrect billing is frustrating. I hope the company after reading this review will take the necessary steps to correct my account > > The service was good.
