A solid tool for task management, but we needed more customisation , so we eventually moved to Coda.
Pros:
Easy to use, has some good functionality - Asana’s task assignments and timeline view made team project tracking clear, visual, and easy to follow.
Cons:
It felt limited for connected workflows; lacked flexibility compared to more dynamic tools like Coda.

I've had a brilliant experience with Asana - great for task management and overseeing content strategy and execution.
Pros:
Asana is my favourite programme for project management, particularly if its content related such as social media planning or content strategy. It's super easy to use, has all the features you need for tracking tasks and projects with collaborative teams, and has great value for money. It's also really easy to use - normally only requires an hours' training for tech-literate colleagues.
Cons:
No instant reporting as far as I know. We have to go in to tasks individually and pull the information we need manually and generate reports on how fast tasks have been done etc from that.

For the organisations I have worked within I have always recommended Asana within smaller organisations and enterprises to get projects started faster as onboarding is relatively easy and the customer support is exceptional in the initial stages with both technical and non technical queries but I have felt that it's not quite ready to take on the workload of larger enterprises.
Pros:
I think with Asana it has a good user experience and makes it quite easy to use. The features are helpful and powerful for some very certain tasks. Relatively speaking it is quite well priced and the prices are effectively tiered
Cons:
I feel with Asana some of there features don't go the extra mile and thus I find that it's an ideal software for a certain type of organisation or a certain size. It will work really well for small and medium organisations but for larger enterprises the product may not be entirely suitable.

"What I Know about Asana"

Collaborative work management and resource allocation and management has been at optimal with the help of Asana.
Pros:
Asana not only facilitates project and task management but also has other crucial features such as project collaboration and resource management.
Cons:
It has been over five years since I incorporated Asana and I have never come across overwhelming scenarios.

"Great online organiser"

Overall, Asana keeps things organized within our small team. We have separate boards for design, marketing, and the social calendar, so everyone can see what’s going on in one place.
Pros:
What I like most about Asana is how it keeps everything organised, makes it easy to work with my team, and gives me that little boost of satisfaction when I check things off. i like being able to tag teammates.
Cons:
Sometimes it can feel overwhelming at times, with too many features, notifications, and some clutter if things aren’t managed well.
