It's pretty easy to work with every day. Customer support is great when I call. Working with the Retail 360 app has improved our inventory management and made writing off products much easier. > > **Cons**: When there is a problem, you have to call. You no longer can put in your own ticket. There isn't a way to respond to a ticket once one is put in. I feel there is a lack of communication when a ticket is in and you are waiting for a response. The retail 360 app can be confusing at times with the different piece sizes (single, case, etc.) It is hard to maneuver to get the cost, retail, vin numbers set up through the app. It would be great if someone could actually come to your location and walk you through many of the moving parts that Cstore offers. The training classes I feel work well for beginners, but once using the system - I am sure there are better ways to do the work. Having someone physically show you in your location would be great. > > I have been working with CStore Office for over 11 years. There are a lot of items that I was unaware of until I contacted Customer Support and they helped me understand some of the meanings behind the notifications.
