I can also exclude certain families, if it is a reminder email that certain families don't need. As far as I have heard from my principal and director of technology, the support is easy-to-use and very helpful. One example is that the support team has adjusted the look of our report cards to make sure it looks the way we want. If we are having any trouble, my principal or our director of technology submits a support ticket. > > **Cons**: The only thing I don't like is that copying lesson plans from previous years has a lot of steps. Unless I am missing some training, you have to click through a lot of buttons to find past lessons, then copy, then click back through all the buttons to get to the current week to paste. If you only have to do one lesson, it might be worth it, but if you are trying to copy a week or two for a whole unit, it gets too unmanageable. > > We have been using Gradelink for at least 3 years, and I still like the versatility of being able to do all the above mentioned things on one website with one login. I thinks parents also appreciate everything (enrollment and grades) being in the same place, too.
