Their customer support is second to none. The point-of-sale is fast for day-to-day sales, and the reporting is detailed enough to actually manage the business: day summaries, profit reports, inventory as of any date. It's clearly built by people who understand the jewelry trade — things like karat/metal tracking, style-level costing, and repair workflows work the way a real store operates, not like a generic retail POS with jewelry features bolted on.

> **Cons**: The interface is functional rather than flashy — it takes a little time for new staff to learn where everything is.
