I particularly love the flexible column options with the report functions. makes life so much easier when exporting to fill reports premade to these specs. > > **Cons**: The overtime calculations and absences are a little difficult to reconcile. The way it calculates, doesn't remove the time from the day listed so we get an issue where the day is marked with hours of 8 for a normal day but the overtime is also 8 hours which is impossible. However, this may be a set up/user issue rather than a software issue.
