It works well with Teams and OneDrive too, makes collaboration and sharing simple across users. Security is solid and having everything in one platform helps keep things controlled. It’s also flexible enough to build basic intranet pages or internal sites for communication.

Employee access and permissions are powerful but easy to overcomplicate, can end up confusing who has access to what.
