> Our 1 doctor office has used the billing/scheduling/claim portion of the software for many years.  When our reports began showing up with errors, we went back to the vendor for support and paid for an enormous upgrade without resolution of the problem.  They blamed us for the way we entered the data but said they would be able to take our data and resolve the problem.  no change.  When we began posting information to the "upgraded" system, nothing changed.  It is expensive to change vendors and software programs, but the problem and the service is so bad that our office will be replacing Cal-Med entirely.
The EHR portion is a lot of clicking and pointing.  Every note looks the same and while it may help meet meaningful use, you pay for it in time wasted.   Very expensive monthly fees.
