Comments: We have been using Acculynx for years. It is extremely user friendly. If I ever have a problem or question, customer service is always available and helpful.

Pros:

User friendly Self Explanatory Customer service is fantastic Customizable All facets of company can use and communicate (office, sales, production, accounts receivable etc)

Cons:

Our only issue is the app. Would love if it was more adapted to iphones

Comments: I only use the front end but I do feel it's made juggling accounts incredibly easy both for my organization and communicating with our back end team.

Pros:

Intergration functionality is fantastic. Internal communication functions are also easy to navigate

Cons:

I wish it was easier to delete documents from files

Comments: It is usable but not a good product. I do not have more to say.

Pros:

It is a usable CRM. I do not have anything else good to say about Acculynx

Cons:

User interface, the navigation, the dashboard page, the messages, the reports, smart docs, invoicing, estimating, ordering. They all can be simplified and improved in many ways.

Comments: Overall it is the best CRM out there I have tried them all and this by far exceeds them with CSR reps and the automation.

Pros:

The user Interface on this is awesome and the knowledge base will make the onboarding a breeze for all Depts.

Cons:

The Scheduler tool. It requires that you create a ticket for all making the calendar unreadable at times.

Comments: Very happy. Much more user friendly than our previous CRS

Pros:

Ease of use. Very user friendly. Uploads of photos and documents are much faster than our previous system. I'm a big fan of the watch list feature and also the checklist on the field page.

Cons:

Sometimes slow uploads but could just be my signal

Pros:

The ease of how it flows to our needs. Everything is there that you would need to enter all your information. We are still learning more everyday.

Cons:

Onboarding team is amazing app is intuitive and better than anything on the market

Cons:

Payment system and lack of reasonable credit card/ach fees, and to charge the fees directly to the customer without having to alter the invoice

Comments: Rough start, but love the system now. Great tool to have in your hand when on the site. Keeps all of the data in one spot. Once you know the system, easy to navigate.

Pros:

All in one system. Easy uploading system. Auto fill addresses

Cons:

Wish we could upload directly from Scope Technologies. Sometimes you have to re-sink up through QB. Some corks, but getting better

Comments: This program has been much better than previous programs used and easier to manage when contacting and contracting customers and when trying to get jobs closed out

Pros:

How to ease of use with all sections of the program. This also allows people in the field to be more on top of their jobs when dealing with subcontractors.

Cons:

When ordering materials, if a color is not designated, then that material is zeroed off the material order. Need to have some sort of safety net to not have that occur.

We love acculynx!

Comments: It is good and helpful. Allows us to keep track of important dates.

Pros:

I like the notes and dashboard. Very easy layout and functional use. Easy to navigate.

Cons:

Some features that could be added to improve the design is a draft mode that automatically saves for notes. Occasionally when you are typing a note and try to see another profile, when you return all your typing you did is gone. It would be SO helpful if this was an option eventually. Also, the design of not being able to edit or delete notes and the fact if you are a sister-company who was multiple companies tied in with one, the layout is the same. I wish there was an option to customize different layouts to realize when you switch, there have ben so many times when I will add a profile and it's in the wrong side. I also wish you could unmark dead leads, and also be able to transfer profiles

Pros:

I like the quote/ estimates in the system and that we can setup QuickBooks through the system and send customers an invoice.

Cons:

I think that when do doing an estimate one thing that needs to be looked into is when given total square footage. Instead of all materials list what it needs it needs to break it down from the biggest to smallest. So, for example, I have a 55 Gal and a 5 gal. If the total square foot is 110 then automatically it should calculate 2 55 gal drums. But instead, the system puts 2 55 gal drums and then it says I need 22 5 Gal buckets. so, I have to erase the 5-gal ones. Need to change the algorithm to caluate it better.
