Easy to use and manage. A a user, I love search options as I sometimes search for free online training - I just simply pick a subject and select only free and events and there is always a lot to choose from. > > **Cons**: It used to have options to offer £1 instead of free tickets as we didn't want people to book a lot of tickets just because they are free, but now every paid ticket has some fees, but I guess £1 isn't free so it is fair, but in our case we refund the £1 because the ticket is for something we give for free, but now we have to pay the small fee ourselves, at least that is my understanding. It all makes sense, of course, but we have to pay to give people something for free, and now it has become a problem for us as a charity.
