25 Days of Nightmares and Counting - Vacancy Rate Skyrocket to 60% and still increasing
Comments: In conclusion, if you are ready for a real challenge specially if you manage several properties, I only manage 16 and it has been a challenge for me, I hope at the end I can come back here and update my review to say it was worth it but so far I unfortunately can't say that, I just now was with Airbnb on the phone for an hour because guests are trying to book my properties but they are getting an error saying that the property is unavailable. I looked at my booking.com account rates to make sure it was good since no bookings are coming thru and to my surprise they are showing very old and really high rates, so my rates are not updating on booking.com either. I am spechless right now, specially because my setup was "COMPLETED" around Dec 1st as previously mentioned, I opened a ticket, attached the appropriate print screens, I requested to speack with the head of the company, and since I know they will take a few days to respond and honestly at this point with my vacancy rate increasing like never before I decided to document my experience on here to alert others who are planning to sign up to know what to expect and to also get the attention from the executives of BookingSync and hopefully ALL this issues can finally be resolved, and someone needs to be held accountable for all the revenue I have lost this month due to all these errors preventing me from getting bookings. Thank you

-Several nice apps to extend functionality
-Connection available to main channels
-Their new inbox is a great feature (Only avl for airbnb and HomeAway)
-Easy to connect with zapier to extract your data and connect other tools.
-Very expensive onboarding, unorganized and unfinished, declared as completed around Dec 1st, you are told that BookingSync will handle everything for you, BUT...
-2 Weeks later and my website was still not working, unable to take reservations or payments.
-Got double booked twice as the connection with HomeAway is still not completed 25d later by HomeAway and icals were not linked by BookingSync team.
-The synch connection with Airbnb takes hours to update a photo or a simple description update.
-Stripe account was not working almost 2-3 weeks later
-Small requests to update logos on the page and the emails not completed almost 2-3 weeks later
-Rates not updating correctly on Airbnb from their internal PriceLabs and Wheelhouse apps.
-Started using their rates table and after many days of playing with it I was able to get it to work.
-Some apps were showing errors 3 weeks later like their Invoice app, so I was unable to use it.
-Booking.com account still today with incorrect very old high rates.
-Bookings appear and disappear from my calendar without explanation, without names or data.
-Most support members takes around 2-3 days to get back to you about any ticket usually with more questions about the issue instead of providing us with a solution or some kind of insight, making the situation even more challenging. I must have almost 10 tickets opened already, I have used other PMS in the past and never had to open so many tickets.

A pleasant journey
After signing the contract, I was quickly contacted by Onboarding Team to set up the different workshops.
I was lucky to get my reps as my onboarding specialist. She was great, very helpful, kind and skilled. She knows this industry really well which helps a lot when setting up such a software. Besides, my reps showed interest in my business even though she probably works with a ton of different companies and this was much appreciated. She is reliable and also witty, which made the onboarding conversations very pleasant despite the technical side of it that can be a little complicated, everything became simple thanks to her! My onboarding specialist is not "just doing her job", she actually does much more than that. I cannot thank her enough for the great help she has been, and her patience with me! About the software itself I have to say I didn't get a chance to try it all yet, but I am confident that it will deliver!
Cons: Nothing so far really. Maybe the fact that the WorkShops have to end at some point when everything is all set !

The customer support we're all looking for.
Pros: Besides the technical benefits - my most favorite thing is the outstanding customer support. In terms of property management software, BookingSync is WAY ahead of the competition when it comes to customer support.
Cons: Can't think of anything right now - my only small complaint is that sometimes the admin area is slow to load.

Comments: We are property manager, agency and property owner. We cover three business models in VR industry and actively operate in three languages with customers on multiple channels. We use Bookinsync on most of our processes and keep integrating and semi/automating them on a daily basis. When I look back now I see what is the most important feature od the provider - their Team. We chose Bookingsync because they never said something cannot be done - they digged into our process and always delivered the solution that worked or even improved our processes. Having a flexible partner, open to new ideas means that you are able to implement them and grow your business with less manual work - meaning less staff on the operations. Today we are able to focus half of the team on new projects due to streamlined booking process which is, at the same time on another level then before. From beutifull HTML emails we send, to automatization of notifications (we created 32 automized notifications in three languages for guests, owners, cleaners and our employees). We can easily put the booking in over mobile devices and manage it. Payments are automated (we use Paypal) and guests receive all the documents within a minutes from the update (payment received, personal data sent, voucher etc.) Having system like Bookinsync which evolves with you and your customers makes our life much much easier, repetitive tasks gone and our employees motivated to implement new solutions. We are happier then ever and beside being happy we still grow 30 % each year with the same team. And not to forget, our quality of life changed. Special thanks to Florian and Maud - this two never fail to make our day.

Pros: I like most of the features from this software, but they're only for United States. I had to choose another one.
Cons: The software is basic and it's oly prepared for american market.

I'm really confused about your review as it doesn't seem to be related to our product:
- we do not offer a free trial since more than 2 years ago
- "only for United States": we're a French-based company and operate worldwide, with customers in 66+ countries
- we work with most of the biggest property management companies in the industry (Hostmaker, LuckeyHomes (now Airbnb), Bnblord, Welkeys...) which seem to appreciate our very powerful product.
