> **Pros**: I work with this system as my Job on night shift monitoring alarm system, this is easy to use, great database with all features for every detail  for customers and businesses, easy to use toolbars and gives you a status from NSI on times and stats dealing with alarm systems. Also great for running reports off for my work as well as customer base reports.

> **Cons**: Ah sorry but every time there is an update it knocks things out of sync, crashes and freezes when trying to log on, also when you have a batch of alarms yes you have a batch close button but no select all button for all users only for management.  When you have a multitude of non alarms you have to clear then one by one but if you had a select all button this would be faster to dealing with alarms.
