> **Pros**: Their support - particually \[sensitive content hidden\]\! Alway helpful and willing to assit with complex new API's, pagination issues etc.

> **Pros**: Our key driver for using CozyRoc is it's ability to connect to APIs. We have various cloud applications that only allow data access via API. Cozyroc has enabled us to extract data from them and populate our datawarehouse.

We are now also using it to develop our own custom configurations between different cloud systems.

> **Cons**: It's not always easy to understand (or find guides) on the code syntax used by CozyRoc. Building a custom connection to an API can be tricky. Interpreting a system vendors API documentation and then translating to how CozyRoc passes information (particularly authentication) can be challenging.

> Very positive. When we have hit problems, they have been very supportive. They have even written custom connections to systems that could form the foundation for business critical integrations.

> **Pros**: Easy to use tools with a price that cannot be beat.  We've used CozyRoc for over 10 years it was an integral piece in migrating from On Premise CRM over to Salesforce.  Ivan has always been extremely timely and helpful any time we have questions or need support.

> **Cons**: Not sure I have anything negative to say about the tools provided by CozyRoc.  I've tried cloud-based automation tools and it takes 3 sometimes 4 times longer to develop the same solution.  Would recommend SSIS with CozyRoc tools any day.

> **Pros**: It makes it very easy to draw data from the in-built APIs and support is very helpful (and fast). Also, there’s a lot of room for customization, which can help bring child columns out of API pulls much more easily.

> **Cons**: Creating a custom API in the connection manager isn’t super intuitive, even with the online guide. Some examples or highlighting what is missing/what is important/etc would be appreciated. Instead, it just wouldn’t pull any data with no or very vague error messages.
