Every feature is included at that price. There are no tiers, no feature gates and no paid add-ons. AI-assisted rota and visit scheduling, electronic care planning, eMAR medication management with PRN and controlled drug workflows, workforce compliance and training records, recruitment and onboarding, invoicing, payroll, travel and mileage, the family portal, the inspector portal for CQC and Ofsted evidence, and the carer mobile app for iOS and Android all come as standard.

There are no setup or onboarding fees, and migration from an existing system is carried out by the CareOS team at no extra cost. Each provider is given a dedicated database.
