That being said though, the MPLS auto-balancing function is hands down the best feature and is totally absent from any other competing product that I've ever looked at. > > **Cons**: The interface is a bit quirky at first glance but like the other aspects of the software is based on how you need to see information and the links to dig down into a customer or device are exactly where you would expect them to be. > > I built my business on Swiftfox after auditioning several other products when we were starting up. The software allows us to monitor our network of clients in a very hands off way. With a quick glance, we can see the health of the client network, backhaul connections, and gateway reliability. This allows phone support techs to focus more on a customer service, and allows field technician to quickly diagnose a problem. On-call support staff is rarely sent out after hours, as Swift Fox has helped us to tune our network reliability to a level that the only issues we run into are mostly due to third party outages that we have no control over. In turn this allows management and senior technician to focus on growth rather than fixing issues. The included billing software makes it easy to track client payment, refunds, discounts, and customer history. Having the ability to highlight important Industrial clients, and repeat nuisance customers allows us to quickly address minor problems before they become a big issue. There's a captive disconnect feature that automatically sends customers to a landing page if they haven't paid their bill within the grace period, which is great for billing side of things. > > **Cons**: It is a bit of a grip that there is no dark mode yet, which is kind of not a big deal until you want to verify the outage message that came through at 2 in the morning is a gateway issue and not the network.
