> **Pros**: Lockii has made it possible for me to run a truly 24/7, contactless trailer-rental operation without needing to meet every customer in person. The online booking flow, agreements, payment collection, ID verification, automated communication, check-in/check-out process, extensions, and customer booking link all keep the process organized for both me and the renter. I also really like being able to integrate my igloohome lockboxes into the workflow. It has helped me build a more scalable business while still keeping a professional customer experience.

> **Cons**: Lockii has a lot of capability and is improving rapidly, so there is naturally a little learning curve as you dial in things like pricing rules, templates, and product-specific settings. What stands out is that the team is extremely hands-on—they will take the time to walk you through anything, listen to feedback, and continue simplifying the platform for operators. It has been cool to see improvements roll out quickly based on real-world use.

I started with a much more manual rental process, and Lockii gave me the tools to offer online booking and contactless pickup at any time while keeping the customer journey clear and professional.
